Grow on your terms.
Any sort of employee experience you run. Ex: when an employee's 3 month onboarding ends, their "Active Journey" is over. We've been told activating a new Journey provides the same adrenaline rush as skydiving.
Programs are the building blocks you combine for Journeys. Stack together as many as you like. Think of them as templates (or Lego blocks that you can't step on).
An Active User is any user added to the Aboard platform. You can Archive users which would remove their access and ability to be assigned tasks (by why would you do that? Everyone wants to be involved. Yes, even Jim in accounting. He just acts that way because he's shy).
Well, then you'll need to upgrade right? Sorry for the sass, but when you hit your Active Journey limit, you'll get a friendly reminder to move up in plans so you can keep enabling your employees like a champ (right from the Billing section). That reminder might look like a lock symbol. You've been warned.
Feel free to drop us a line using the chatbot or reach out to your Aboarder and we'll set you up with a custom plan. Worst case, ping support@getaboard.co. Still not hearing back from us? Send up a smoke signal. We'll reach out to increase your limit, no billing surprises.
We wouldn't blindside you like that. You're in control of your billing through the Billing section in your platform.
Commitment issues? Us too. Ruined our last relationship. Luckily, you can change your plan any time. You can update your plan in the Billing section of your platform any time. It will take effect on your next billing cycle.
If you email hi@getaboard.co a funny joke, you'll get 20% off your first 3 months.
